The annual Blessing of the Boats<\/span><\/strong> will be held in Passage West at 3pm, \u00a0Sunday 31st<\/sup> May.\u00a0 This is an important community event and it is good that the Rector and other local clergy are involved in a prayer service as part of the celebrations.<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ardfallen \u00a0Summer Market<\/span><\/strong> at the Ardfallen Methodist Church Grounds, South Douglas Road, Douglas, Cork\u00a0 will take place on the 6th June, 2015\u00a0from 2-5 pm, Fundraiser for Crumlin Children’s Hospital and Eifel Dispensary Christian Outreach in Sri Lanka.\u00a0 Market will include: \u00a0a Cakes\/Jams stall, plants, books, gifts, Afternoon Tea; \u00a0Bouncy Castle, games and face painting for the kids.<\/h3>\n

The date of the Frankfield Vestry<\/span><\/strong> has had to be changed. It will now take place on Wednesday 17th June at 8pm in the Sunday School Room. The next Select Vestry Meeting for Douglas Union will take place in the Canon Packham Hall on Tuesday, 28th July at 8pm.<\/h3>\n
