Visitors from Sweden.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 To-day we welcome visitors from the Church of Sweden to our parish. Very Revd. Christofer Lundgren (Dean of Str\u00e4ngn\u00e4s Cathedral) will be the guest preacher in St. Luke\u2019s Church. He will also be attending the service in Holy Trinity Church in Frankfield along with Mrs Ingrid Fredriksson who is a member of the Bishop\u2019s Council in the Diocese of Str\u00e4ngn\u00e4s.<\/p>\n


\nBaptism.<\/span><\/strong> We also welcome Sam Clibborn into the family of the Church as he is baptised in Frankfield.<\/p>\n

The Lenten Lunch<\/span><\/strong> will take place on Wednesday, 24th<\/sup> February in the Old School House, Blackrock at 12.30pm.\u00a0 This will be a meatless meal with profits going to the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.\u00a0 Alison Flack will attend and talk about its activities and bring along one of her trainee dogs.<\/p>\n

A Coffee Morning<\/span><\/strong> will be held in St. Mary\u2019s Church Hall, Marmullane on Saturday, 27th<\/sup> February from 10am \u2013 12 noon.\u00a0 Admission \u20ac3 to include tea\/coffee plus scone.\u00a0 Sales table and raffle.\u00a0 In aid of restoration fund.<\/p>\n
