St. Michael\u2019s National School<\/strong> will hold a School Fundraiser<\/strong> in the school grounds following from 12.30. Food, Music, Sales, Activities, Children\u2019s Tables, Mini-Competitions etc. All welcome.<\/p>\n

Annual Blessing of the Boats <\/strong>at the Passage West Maritime Festival at 2.45. All welcome.<\/p>\n

Parish Prayers <\/strong>will be held in the home of Kay Allander, Blackrock at 8pm<\/p>\n

Douglas Union Select Vestry Meeting <\/strong>\u2013 CPH @ 8pm<\/p>\n

The Annual Ecumenical Bible Society of Ireland Service<\/span><\/strong> will be held in Cork Methodist Church on\u00a0Wednesday 28th June 2017 at 7.30pm.\u00a0 The speaker at the service will be Rev. John Tanner, Tullow Parish Carrickmines, Dublin. An update on the Bible Society’s work will be included in the proceedings. Refreshments will be served following the Service.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A restoration of St. Luke\u2019s Church Clock<\/span><\/strong> is being organised at present. We have already received a large number of generous donations but there still is a shortfall.\u00a0 We are very grateful to those who have contributed so far and if you would like to make a donation, please talk to the treasurer John Kershaw.<\/p>\n

Next Sunday<\/strong> (18th<\/sup> June) the bus departs from St Luke\u2019s Church at 9.00am for the choir and those parishioners who have booked and are involved in the TV recording in RTE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
