The Parents\u2019 Association would also welcome donations of baked goods, Christmas arrangements and toys. Any donations can be left in the Canon Packham hall on Saturday 1st or on the morning of the fair. Contact can be made with a member of the Parents\u2019 Association through the school office. All welcome!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare the Way.\u00a0 <\/strong>There will be a special evening service at 7pm in St. Luke\u2019s Church Douglas on Advent Sunday, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> December. Through the use of candles, images, as well as music and meditations from the Iona Community, it will be reflective in nature and should provide an opportunity to stop and take stock at the start of Advent, before the rush of office parties, shopping days and carol concerts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Douglas Union with Frankfield Christmas Tree Sale <\/strong>at the Canon Packham Hall, Douglas, on Sat. 8th\u00a0December 2018, 10am \u2013 12:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>Come along and choose your own perfect tree. All welcome; translations of readings always provided.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Diocesan Memorial Service for the late Canon Patrick Hewitt<\/strong>\u00a0will be held in the Church of St Mary, Dunmanway (Fanlobbus Union) where Patrick served for the greater part of his time in Cork, Cloyne and Ross.\u00a0\u00a0Date and Time:\u00a0 Saturday, 8th December at 12 noon.
