Diocesan Synod – Rochestown Park Hotel. It will be preceded by a  service of Holy Communion in St. Luke’s Church at 9.30. All  parishioners, even if they are not synod members, are welcome to attend this service.

The annual Blessing of the Boats will be held in Passage West at 3pm,  Sunday 31^st May.  This is an important community event and it is good that the Rector and other local clergy are involved in a prayer service as part of the celebrations.

Ardfallen  Summer Market at the Ardfallen Methodist Church Grounds, South Douglas Road, Douglas, Cork  will take place on the 6th June, 2015 from 2-5 pm, Fundraiser for Crumlin Children’s Hospital and Eifel Dispensary Christian Outreach in Sri Lanka.  Market will include:  a Cakes/Jams stall, plants, books, gifts, Afternoon Tea;  Bouncy Castle, games and face painting for the kids.

The date of the Frankfield Vestry has had to be changed. It will now take place on Wednesday 17th June at 8pm in the Sunday School Room. The next Select Vestry Meeting for Douglas Union will take place in the Canon Packham Hall on Tuesday, 28th July at 8pm.
