Remembrance Sunday takes place to-day. Collection boxes will be available in all churches.

 

Just a reminder the annual CDYC 5-aside soccer tournament will take place on Saturday, 19th of November. Young people can either come on their own and be put on a team at the event or they can come in a team already!  Forms can be found at the back of the church or on the CDYC website.

 

There will be a special united service held in St. Luke’s church on Sunday, 20th November at 11.15am which takes the form of a Songs of Praise.  The Parish and School Choirs will be singing.  N.B. There will be no 9.45am service in Passage or 11.30am in Blackrock.

 

The next Bible Study will take place in the home of Joan Miller, Ballintemple on Wednesday, 30th November at 2.30pm and in the home of Carol Boylan, Moneygourney on Thursday 1st December at 7.30pm.

 

Coffee Morning will be held in St Mary’s Church hall, Marmullane on Saturday 26th November from 10-12. €3 entry which includes tea/coffee and homemade scone. Raffle, general sales table including the contents from a house clearance. Money raised will be used for hall restoration fund.

 

St. Luke’s Church Choir meet every Friday until the 16th December at 7.30pm in the Choir Room. We will practice Christmas and Sunday music.  New members actively encouraged!!
