TODAY: The choir and some parishioners have been invited to participate in a televised service which will be recorded in the RTE Studios in Donnybrook, Dublin today. The service will be broadcast on Sunday, 23rd July.
The Rector thanks the Revd Bruce Pierce for presiding at Holy Communion services in Blackrock at 8.30 and in Douglas at 11.15. Dr Tim Jackson is reading Morning Prayer and preaching in Frankfield at 10.00 and Blackrock at 11.30. Mr. Wilfred Baker will be leading the service in Marmullane at 9.45. It is wonderful to note that the full programme of Sunday services can be maintained in the absence of all the parish clergy! A. Wilkinson

The Annual Ecumenical Bible Society of Ireland Service will be held in Cork Methodist Church on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at 7.30pm. The speaker at the service will be Rev. John Tanner, Tullow Parish Carrickmines, Dublin. An update on the Bible Society’s work will be included in the proceedings. Refreshments will be served following the Service.
A restoration of St. Luke’s Church Clock is being organised at present. We have already received a large number of generous donations but there still is a shortfall. We are very grateful to those who have contributed so far and if you would like to make a donation, please talk to the treasurer John Kershaw.
