The Christmas Fellowship will be held in the home of Carol Boylan, Moneygourney on Wednesday, 13th December at 7.30pm.

Earl Haig Poppy Fund Royal British Legion.  Having organised the poppy collection in Douglas and Frankfield for many years I would like to thank the parishioners for their generosity.  It was much appreciated.  The collections were Douglas €306.55, Frankfield €931.50 and Blackrock €147.49.  Many thanks to John Wolfe and Keith Dawson for their help.  Cecil Locke

The St. Luke’s School Annual Christmas Fair will be held in the Canon Packham Hall on Sunday 3rd December from 12.15 – 2.30. The Parents’ Association would also welcome donations of baked goods, Christmas arrangements and toys. Any donations can be left in the Canon Packham hall on the morning of the fair or contact can be made with a member of the Parents’ Association through the school office. All welcome!

 Anam Cara, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding its next monthly Parent Evening on Wednesday 6th of December from 19:30 to 21:00 in the Clayton Hotel, Silver Springs, Tivoli, Cork. This event is open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or  whether the death was recent or not.

Northridge House continues to expand the courses we offer and full details can be accessed at www.northridgehouse.ie We will be expanding our QQI accredited courses in early 2018 with additional Level 5 Mandatory modules for the Healthcare Award (Level 5) and additional Management Modules (Level 6). The popular Thursday evening course of Mindfulness commences on 25th January and concludes will a full day on 8th March.
